Two Inspections
An inspector checks the roof deck once the old roofing is off (or, when a layer is added, checks the existing layers), then comes back for the final: roofing, underlayment, flashing, fasteners and attic ventilation. Inspections are booked through the portal, and requests in before 2 pm can be done the next business day.
