Menifee & Riverside County Roof Tune-Up

A roof tune-up is maintenance for a roof that's still in good shape. We do them in Menifee and across Riverside County.

How We Do It

Maintenance for a roof still in good shape

We fix the small things before they let water in: a lifted shingle, a cracked or slipped tile, dried-out sealant around a vent.

Call (619) 227-4340 to set one up.

What The Job Involves

  1. Resealing vents and pipes

  2. Replacing cracked or slipped tiles

  3. Re-securing lifted shingles

  4. Clearing debris from valleys

Signs To Watch For

When A Roof Needs A Tune-Up

  1. Cracked Sealant Around Vents

Sealant around vents and pipes dries out and cracks in the sun. Once it opens, water can run down the pipe into the roof.

  2. A Cracked Or Slipped Tile

A cracked or slipped tile leaves the underlayment under it open to sun and rain. Caught early, it stays a small job.

  3. Debris In The Valleys

Leaves and grit that pile up in a valley hold water and can push it sideways under the roofing.
