Who We Are

This policy covers Massivo Roofing Inc, a California roofing contractor (license #1131290) at 33760 Gloria Rd, Menifee, CA 92584. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Massivo Roofing Inc. “You” means anyone who visits massivoroofing.com or contacts us through it.

It covers this website and the information you give us when you send our quote form, call, text or email us.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you send the quote form, we receive:

• your name and phone number, which the form needs to send;
• your email address, zip code and property address, if you add them;
• the service you pick and what you write about your roof.

The form goes to Make, an automation service we use to pass form messages to our email. Make receives what you typed along with your IP address and browser details, and keeps a record of each message for a limited time. Our email system, run by Google, then delivers it to our inbox. If you gave us your email address, it also sends you one email to confirm we got your request. See the Make Privacy Notice and the Google Privacy Policy.

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell or send us, such as photos of your roof or details of an insurance claim.

If you give us information about someone else, such as a tenant, a relative or the owner of the property, please make sure they are fine with you sharing it.

Information collected automatically

This website runs on a hosting company’s servers. When your browser loads a page, the host records standard technical details: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that sent you, and the date and time. We use these records only to run, fix and protect the site.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording or cookies of our own.

What not to send us

Please do not send bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passwords or health information through the form, email or text. We do not need them to quote your roof, and email and text are not fully secure.

Outside Services On This Site

One part of this site loads from another company, and our footer links to another. When your browser fetches something from another company, that company receives your IP address and basic browser details and handles them under its own privacy policy, not this one.

• Google Maps. The map of our office on some pages is a Google Maps embed. Google may set cookies and collect information about how you use the map, more so if you are signed in to a Google account. Google may use those cookies to recognize you across other websites over time. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Instagram. Our footer links to our Instagram page. Nothing loads from Instagram until you click that link. After you do, the Instagram Privacy Policy applies.

We do not control these companies and are not responsible for their practices.

Cookies

We do not set cookies and we do not store anything in your browser. The Google Maps embed may set Google cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the rest of the site keeps working without them.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• answer your call, text, email or form;
• look at your roof, give you a quote and schedule the work;
• do the job and follow up on it, including any warranty work your job comes with;
• keep records of quotes, contracts, permits, invoices and payments;
• follow the law, including tax, licensing and building rules;
• keep the site and our records safe, and stop fraud or misuse;
• bring or defend legal claims.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build profiles of you for advertising.

Who We Share It With

We share only what each of these needs:

• Companies that work for us, such as our website host, our email provider and the service that delivers form messages to our inbox. We give them only what they need to provide that service.
• Suppliers and crews who help with your job, such as material suppliers, subcontractors and disposal companies, when they need your property address or job details.
• Payment and bookkeeping services, when you pay us and when we keep our accounts.
• Roofing manufacturers, if your job includes a manufacturer warranty that has to be registered.
• Your city or county building department, when your job needs a permit or inspection.
• Your insurance company or adjuster, when you ask us to work with them on a claim.
• Courts, police and government agencies, when the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order, or when we need to protect our rights, your safety or someone else’s.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized. Your information stays covered by this policy.

We share it with anyone else only when you ask us to or tell us it is fine.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law uses those terms.

We do not give your information to other companies for their own marketing. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code section 1798.83) lets California residents ask us about such disclosures once a year, using the contact details below.

We do not offer discounts or other rewards in exchange for your information.

Calls, Texts And Email

When you send the form or contact us, we call, text or email you about your request and your job, including follow up after the job, such as asking how we did.

We will not send you marketing texts or emails unless you ask for them.

To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls or emails, tell us by phone or email. We stop within 10 business days, except for messages about work you have already booked with us.

Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

Your Choices And Rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we have it and who we have shared it with;
• give you a copy of it;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop calling, texting or emailing you.

We honor these requests from anyone, wherever you live.

How to ask

Email jesus@massivoroofing.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject, call (619) 227-4340, or write to the address below. Tell us what you want and how to reach you.

To protect you, we check that the request comes from you by matching details we already have, such as your name, phone number and property address. We ask only for what we need to check, and we use it only for that.

Someone you authorize, such as a relative or an attorney, can ask for you. We may ask for your signed permission and confirm the request with you directly.

What happens next

We confirm we got your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why, and we take no more than 45 days more.

We may keep records the law requires us to keep, or that we need for warranty work, a dispute or a legal claim, such as contracts, permits and invoices. If we keep anything, we tell you what and why.

Requests are free. We will never charge you more, give you worse service or treat you differently for making one. If a request is clearly unfounded or excessive, we may decline it, and we tell you why.

Do Not Track And Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We do not track you across other websites, so these signals have nothing to switch off on our side. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, which we do not do in any case. The Google Maps embed handles these signals under Google’s own rules.

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on a property. It is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy:

• if you ask for a quote and do not hire us, as long as we need to answer you and follow up on that quote;
• if we do work for you, as long as any warranty on the work lasts and as long as California law requires us to keep contractor, tax and business records;
• records of form messages kept by the automation service we use, for the period it keeps them;
• host server records, for the period our host keeps them.

We delete your information when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it, and we clear out old records we no longer need.

Keeping It Safe

This site uses HTTPS, which encrypts what you send through it. We let only the people working on your request or job see your information.

No website, email or phone system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that no one will ever get to your information without permission. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as California law requires.

Where Your Information Is Kept

We are based in California and handle your information in the United States. Some of the companies that work for us, such as Google, may process information in other countries under their own policies.

This site links to other websites, such as Instagram and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies before you give them information.
